   RATES; can and do change on a daily or hourly basis. We have no control over the financial markets nor the 70+ direct lenders that we represent. We keep a keen eye on the financial markets all day - every day. Closest attention is given to the FNMA Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) and the overall Bond markets. We are in the position to tell you when the rates are about to change rather than what they where hours ago.
